If you don't buy the insurance, then you're subject to penalty (you're breaking the law).
If you can't get denied, then you won't buy the insurance until you're sick. And you'll wait until absolutely forced to buy it, short of the jail time.
So if the government will be forcing you to commit a crime, how can this bill be constitutional ??
Maybe this is a response to the fact that 47% of the people don't pay taxes anymore. Will they have to buy the policy ? Will the "poor" have to buy the policy ,or will the government pay for them ?
If they're cutting medicare, then medicaid will be cut ? Veteran's benefits ? Government pensioners ?
