This president is doing nothing about the war in Afghanistan, while our enemies reinforce, rearm, and use this time to increase the number of American soldiers that will die.
If ten more soldiers are going to die for every week he puts off making a decision, how is that different from aiding and abetting the enemy ?
In other words, this indecision is almost criminal. He can't vote "present" anymore.
